Efferflu C Immune Booster 20 Effervescent Tablets is specially formulated to help protect the body's immune system and give it a boost to better protect you against colds and flu. Contains 1000mg vitamin C, echinacea and zinc.

Directions and Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: one tablet daily dissolved in half to a full glass of cold water.
