Magasil 100 ml Antacid Suspension provides fast, effective relief from acid ingestion, heartburn, hyperacidity, dyspepsia, gastritis and reflux oesophagitis. Formulated to neutralise excess stomach acid, this suspension combines magnesium carbonate, magnesium trisilicate and sodium bicarbonate (each 500 mg per 10 ml) for powerful acid-handling action.

Usage & Important Information:
