Progast Gastrointestinal Support Oxy-Colon Cleanse 30 Capsules contains ozonated magnesium oxides which relieves adverse gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal cramping, bloating, flatulence, and constipation.

Dosage & directions for use: Dosage per capsule: Magnesium oxide - 200mg (equivalent to 120mg elemental magnesium). Aloe ferox powder - 150mg. Dry rubarb extract - 20mg. Sennoside A & B - 25mg. Turmeric - 80mg. Citrus bioflavonoids 13% - 20mg. Apple pectin - 30mg. Dosage and directions: Take Progast oxy-colon cleanse capsules at least 2 hours away from food or supplements with 300 ml water. Take Progast oxy-colon cleanse capsules at night before going to bed. Take 1-2 capsules (should produce 3-5 bowel movements). Repeat for seven (7) days during a colon cleanse. Maintenance: take 1 capsules 2-3 times a week or as desired. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not take with warm liquid. Not recommended for children.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees C, out of direct sunlight.
