Solal Bio Calmag Tablets, 120's

Calcium and magnesium are essential minerals for healthy bones and muscles. They also help protect the functioning of the nervous system and heart. Bio-CalMag contains the most effective forms of calcium and magnesium known as glycinate amino acid chelates. Glycinates are best absorbed and will also not neutralise stomach acid, unlike most calcium-containing products.

Dosage and Directions: Adults: Take 2 tablets twice daily.

Each tablet contains: Calcium (as Calcium Glycinate), Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate), Vitamin D₃, Boron.

Inactive ingredients: Flexicoat, isomalt, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, water.

Sugar free.
