Garcinia-2X contains a concentrated extract from the Garcinia cambogia plant, as well as the mineral chromium (in the optimal polynicotinate form). These help to temporarily increase satiety and the feeling of fullness. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels by assisting the body to metabolise carbohydrates and sugar. Solal uses a potent standardised 60 % HCA garcinia extract. Dosage and Directions: Adults over 18 years of age: Take 1 caplet 2 – 3 times daily, on an empty stomach, about 30 – 60 minutes before meal

Each caplet contains: Hydroxycitric acid (as Garcinia cambogia extract), Chromium (as Chromium Polynicotinate).

Inactive ingredients: Magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone and sodium starch glycolate.
