A herbal medicinal product for the treatment of the symptoms of mild depressive episodes. It contains clinically tested and patented Saffr’Activ saffron extract which boosts brain serotonin to improve mood and reduce restlessness. It also contains L-Theanine, an amino acid with calming effects and St. John’s wort that modulates the effects of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine.
