Direction and Dosage:

• 1 teaspoon early morning & before or after training.
• Creatine loading: for the first 5 days of use, take ±1 teaspoon 4 to 5 times daily with 250 ml grape juice.
• Creatine level maintenance: after 5 consecutive days of loading, take ±1 teaspoon  1 to 2 times daily with 250 ml grape juice.
• During loading and maintenance, one of the servings should be taken before and/or after training.

Ingredients: Pure micronised creatine monohydrate powder: smaller particle size which is absorbed quicker and more effectively. 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving (teaspoon). Benefits of creatine are only seen with intake >3 g and high intensity exercise.
