Vital Calcium Complex contains a combination of vitamins and minerals which contributes to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Vital Calcium Complex, when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 50 IU (1,25 µg)

 

Inactive/Other Ingredients: Colloidal anhydrous silica, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and talc.

Directions and Dosage: The dosage for adults and children 9 years and older is 1-2 tablets in the evening after dinner. Take with water.
