Vital Dolomite contributes to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, normal muscle function and supports the maintenance of good health. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient Vitamin D3, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Dolomite 427 mg
Providing:  
   Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 90 mg
   Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate) 51 mg
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 100 IU (2,5 µg)

 

Inactive/Other Ingredients: Croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, sugar and talc.

Direction and Dosage: The dosage for adults and children 9 years and older is 3 tablets daily with water after a meal.
